Allison has spent the last nearly 15 years helping startups, foundations and companies improve and organize their most important initiatives. With experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors, she brings diverse problem-solving experience to every engagement.

Prior to starting her consulting business, she delivered value to Fortune 100 companies as a strategy consultant within Accenture’s talent & organization practice. She has also managed data strategy for an education non-profit, served as a K-12 classroom educator, and cut her teeth in analytics at a digital marketing firm.

Allison received her MBA from the Darden School of Business at UVA, MEd from the Curry School of Education at UVA, and BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. Excel is her love language, color-coordination is her second language—Allison is a jill-of-all trades known for operating at both the 10,000- and 10-foot levels.
